Professional Architectural Design for New Build, Refurbishment and Extensions
New Build, Refurbishment, Extensions
From the beginning of a building project through to its conclusion, Duncan Gayler, RIBA Chartered Architect is able to turn your initial ideas into reality by guiding you through the design and procurement stages (via consultation with Local Authority Planning and Building Control) ensuring continued compliance with current Building Regulations.
By working with a combination of consultants, we will provide a professional and practical approach to site inspections, dealing with ‘on-site’ issues such as authorising payment and Completion Certificates.
Drawing and Plan Preparation
We provide drawing and plan preparation of working drawings used for contract and tendering.
Building Regulation Approval
Duncan Gayler possesses an extensive knowledge of the Building Regulations and is practiced in producing plan submissions, drawings and specifications for full Building Regulations approval with both Council Building Control Departments and Approved Building Inspectors.
Feasibility Studies
Duncan Gayler undertakes feasibility studies on behalf of clients to provide outline designs and cost budgets for projects. This analysis can include an assessment of finance and return to evaluate the financial viability of a range of schemes if necessary.
We will be happy to arrange an appointment for a free consultation to consider the practicability of your proposed project ‘on site’ allowing us to draw your attention to prospective implications on issues (if and when they arise) such as: planning permission, building regulations, construction costs, party wall and potential structural problems.
